Reading the Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first thing you see after login. It answers one question at a glance: is mail from this domain protected, and if not, what should I do next?
- Where to find it
- Reports → Home
Choosing what you're looking at
Two controls in the header set the scope for everything on the page: the domain selector (one domain, or All Domains for a roll-up of everything you manage) and the date range (7 days, 30 days, 3 months, all time, or a custom range).
The panels, top to bottom
Domain Security
Five rows: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI and TLS (MTA-STS). Treat it as a to-do list.
- Record is present and healthy.
- Record is missing.
- Unknown: DMARCS couldn't determine the state yet. It never shows a false pass.
Total Emails and Authentication Sources
A bar chart of your mail volume split into Authorized and Failed, and a donut of the same split with your overall pass percentage in the middle, labelled "Secure".
Enforcement Ready
The share of your mail that passed DMARC (either SPF or DKIM aligned). The closer this is to 100%, the safer it is to move to a stricter policy.
Policy Status
Your live DMARC policy (p=), read straight from DNS, on a three-stage strip: none → quarantine → reject.
Estimated Savings
A rough dollar figure: failed or blocked messages multiplied by a fixed per-message cost estimate. It's meant for a conversation with leadership about why this matters, not for accounting.
Recommended Actions
Up to three next steps, ranked, each with a button that takes you to the tool that fixes it. For example Upgrade opens the Enforcement Guide; Investigate opens Sending Sources.
Traffic Flow and Geographic View
Traffic Flow breaks pass and fail down separately for SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment, then shows where mail actually ended up (delivered, quarantined or rejected) based on what each receiver reported doing with it. Geographic View puts the same traffic on a world map, sized and coloured by volume and failure rate.
