Bulk Senders: meet the Google, Yahoo and Microsoft rules

Since 2024, Google, Yahoo and Microsoft have all published rules for anyone sending them significant volume: authentication, low spam rates, and a working one-click unsubscribe. Miss one and they can throttle your whole domain, not just the offending campaign.

What you'll see

  • A Readiness Score out of 100.
  • A separate Ready or At Risk verdict for Google, Yahoo and Microsoft, because each one's list differs slightly.
  • A checklist of exactly which requirements you meet and which you don't.
  • A Validator for the one-click unsubscribe headers (List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post, defined in RFC 8058) that the rules require on marketing mail.
