Audit Logs: who changed what, and when
For compliance reviews, incident investigations, and the everyday "who turned that off?", the audit log is the definitive answer.
- Where to find it
- Organization → Audit Logs
What you'll see
A table of timestamp, action, user and details, with filters for date range and user. Each row also shows where the action came from, worked out from the IP address.
Support staff actions are always labelled
If DMARCS support ever acts on your behalf while troubleshooting (this is called impersonation), that row is flagged with the staff member's name. It is never hidden or shown as if it came from your own team.
Exporting it
The Public API can pull your audit trail into your own systems. Exports made through the API are themselves logged, including which API key was used.
