Send DMARCS alerts to a Microsoft Teams channel

Get the things that matter posted where your team already looks, instead of in an inbox nobody checks.

Where to find it
Organization → Integrations → Microsoft Teams
Who can use it
Organization Admin
Time needed
5 minutes
You will need
An incoming webhook URL from the Teams channel (ask whoever administers Teams, or create one under the channel's Connectors / Workflows)
  1. Open the Teams card

Go to Integrations → Microsoft Teams → Configure.

  2. Paste the webhook URL

It must be an outlook.office.com or *.webhook.office.com address. Anything else is rejected.

  3. Save Configuration

The URL is encrypted at rest.

  4. Test

Click Test to send a real message into the channel. If nothing arrives, the webhook is usually disabled or was created for a different channel.

  5. Choose events

Toggle which of these post to the channel: Policy Changes, New Vendors, Threat Alerts, Compliance Issues.
