BIMI logo and certificate upload errors

Both errors come from the file itself, not from your account. Here is what each one is objecting to.

"Security Violation: the SVG could not be parsed or contains disallowed content."

Your logo file contains something mail providers won't accept: embedded scripts, event handlers, links to external files, or it isn't valid SVG at all. Design tools often add these without telling you. Re-export the logo from your design tool as SVG Tiny PS (the BIMI-specific profile), with no embedded images, fonts or scripts, and try again. Keep it under 2MB.

"Invalid VMC file: expected a PEM-encoded certificate."

The VMC upload must be the certificate itself in PEM format (a text file starting -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----), under 512KB. Not a zip, not a .p7b or .crt in another encoding, not the private key. Your certificate authority can supply the PEM version if what you have is different.
